Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Window: 14 days from delivery

Accepted Returns:

  • Damaged or defective packaging on arrival
  • Wrong product or size shipped
  • Quality issues (contamination, discoloration)

NOT Accepted:

  • Opened or used bags (food safety/contamination risk)
  • Returns after 14 days
  • Damage from improper storage by customer
  • Minor colour variations (natural product)

  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide a return shipping address
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll refund or replace

Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Return Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping (we cover if it's our error — wrong product/damaged packaging)
