Returns Window: 14 days from delivery
Accepted Returns:
- Damaged or defective packaging on arrival
- Wrong product or size shipped
- Quality issues (contamination, discoloration)
NOT Accepted:
- Opened or used bags (food safety/contamination risk)
- Returns after 14 days
- Damage from improper storage by customer
- Minor colour variations (natural product)

- Provide order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return shipping address
- Once received and inspected, we'll refund or replace
Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
Return Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping (we cover if it's our error — wrong product/damaged packaging)
